Chervonohrad (Ukrainian: Червоноград, pronounced [t͡ʃerwonoˈɦrɑd]; former Polish name: Krystynopol, Ukrainian: Кристинопіль, romanized: ‘Krystynopil’, German: Krisnipolye) is a mining city and the administrative center of Chervonohrad Raion, Lviv Oblast of western Ukraine. Chervonohrad lies about 62 km north of Lviv and has a population of 64,297 (2022 est.)
